Meet Pandora, a 60 lb ,.2.5 yr old female Plott Hound. She is smart, friendly, and affectionate, but timid around new people. She will bond well with her new family with patience. Pandora gets along well with other dogs and cats and likes kids. Pandora is fostered by one of our trainers and enjoys playing with his female lab. Pandora recently graduated from the DAWGS in Prison program, http://www.dawgsinprison.com . The dogs selected for this program go through an intense 8-week training session and live with their trainers, handlers and caretakers in a dormitory style work camp. All of these dogs have had an extensive temperament test and get along well with other dogs and people. The dogs are all crate trained, house trained, and basic obedience trained. They can be expected to sit, stay, recall, down, heel, and respond to no and leave it. The dogs are also well trained on a leash.
